**CT FOR TINY TURTLE DESIGNS**
This is a PTU Cluster Pack in png AND psd format so you can move elements around including the background layer. I used a gorgeous kit called "Summer Bouquet" by Tiny Turtle Designs to create these Clusters - this kit is loaded with lots and lot of beautiful elements and papers.
